All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 72 hours. Delivery time is usually 10 working days, but in some cases it can be up to 20 working days.

When your order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you with a tracking link so you can follow the location of your order.

As long as your order has not been confirmed by our team, you can cancel it at your convenience (and free of charge). Once your order is “in process”, it is no longer possible for us to cancel it.
