Returns

Our policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or newspapers cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous products, or flammable gases or liquids.

Other goods that cannot be returned:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

To make a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase to us. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given (if applicable):

  • Books with clear signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Articles that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not our fault

Goods returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be made to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Non-Existent Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, you should first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before the refund is recorded.

Object of Sale (if applicable)

Only regular price items can be refunded. Sale products are unfortunately not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, if you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to hello@floraloutfit.com and we will inform you whether it is possible to exchange the item or not. If the answer is positive, we will inform you of the address where to send the package.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping

To return an item, you must send it to the address we notify you by email. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to have your product replaced may vary.

If you are sending an item valued at more than $50, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or buy shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
